Jen Royal-Fitch is a life sciences talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience recruiting and building talent strategies across biotechnology, cell and gene therapy, pre-clinical R&D, GMP manufacturing, process development, clinical research, and scientific operations.
Throughout her career, Jen has built recruitment functions, helped scale high-growth organizations, and partnered with executive leadership to attract highly specialized scientific, technical, and operational talent.
She has worked across the full R&D landscape — non-profit, academia, biotechnology, and CRO/CDMO.
